When will I get my tracking number?

You will receive an SMS/Email with your M&P tracking ID as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

My tracking number says "Record Not Found".

Please allow 12-24 hours after receiving the number for M&P's system to update. If you just received the SMS, please try tracking again tomorrow morning.

Do you offer Open Parcel Delivery?

M&P policy does not allow opening the parcel before payment. However, if you face any issues after opening, simply contact our WhatsApp support.
